What is a fill? What is a rebalance?

• A fill is completed after a nail set has been worn for approximately 2-3 weeks.  At the time of the fill, any nail lifting is addressed, reshaping of the nail set is completed, as well as a design change. 

• A rebalance is completed after a nail set has been worn for 4 weeks or more.  At this time, the apex of the nail is recentered, nail lifting is addressed, and a design change is completed. 

How do I book a rebalance? How do I book a fill?

• If you are needing a fill or rebalance, please contact RBA via the chat box in the bottom right or on any social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.   Within your message, include a picture of the newly desired design. You will be assisted with determining what service to book.

What if I am missing a nail or multiple nails (no more than 3) at the time of my fill or rebalance?

• If you are missing a nail or multiple nails at the time of your appointment, an additional service fee of $5 will be applied to your appointment on the day of service.   You will not be charged $5 per missing nail.

How much is a fill and how much is a rebalance?

• A fill is typically $10 less than the original nail design IF the new design is not more complicated than the current design.

• A rebalance is the same cost as the original nail set due to the amount of effort required to allow for the nail to be restructured to appear brand new.

How many times can I wear a nail set before removing?

• You are able to receive up to TWO fills before needing to remove the nail set and starting fresh.

• You are able to receive ONE rebalance before needing to remove the nail set and starting fresh.

Nail Repairs?

• Nail repairs are free up until 1 week after being serviced.  After one week, a $5 fee will be applied.
